Leadership rests at the center of all successful teamwork; it brings about meaningful change and growth; and sits at the core of a healthy and productive school community. With this in mind, the purpose of this course is two-fold. First, it is to explore the concepts and theories of leadership and second, it is to put into practice effective leadership skills while planning school events and activities. Students are required to run events during some lunch periods. |
